3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account.

4. Services Description

Luno Official provides a platform for directional crypto trading (up/down predictions) based on live market data. You can recharge your account, place trades, and request withdrawals. Trades settle according to the duration you select. All services are subject to availability and our internal policies.

5. Trading Risks

Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk. Prices can be highly volatile. You may lose some or all of your deposited funds. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are processed in INR as per our policies. Withdrawal requests may be subject to verification and processing time. We reserve the right to hold or reject withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or policy compliance. Bank details you provide must be accurate and in your name.

7. Fees and Charges

Fees, if any, will be disclosed before you complete a transaction. We may update fee structures with reasonable notice. Continued use after fee changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Use the Platform for illegal activities or money laundering
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
• Attempt to manipulate prices or exploit system vulnerabilities
• Share your account or credentials with others
• Use automated scripts or bots without our permission

Violation may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.

9. Account Freeze and Closure

We may freeze or close accounts for security, compliance, or policy violations. You may close your account at any time. Remaining balance will be processed per our withdrawal policy. We may retain records as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luno Official and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luno Official, its affiliates, and their officers from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
